there were 2 tier interview process. The recruiter called me first, then there was another interview, about 15 minutes long. I started about 1 month after the interview. I did not start right away because they set the start date on the 1st of a month about 1 to 2 months after the interview.

HR Interview Initial, Interview by Nursing Manager and then staff nurses. About a week of time between hearing from unit managers. Total process after initial interview took several weeks. Didn’t hear from organization for weeks after initially applying.
