NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital interview questions

- a phone interview from recruiter officer about the job description and asked the typical interview questions such as why NYP and she set up an appointment to meet with supervisors. Supervisors each had a few questions. Interview scheduled to take 30 min but lasted around 45 min.

I applied on October 21st for a Med Surg unit. They reached out for an interview the next day. Had my interview the following week. I had already submitted my references because I had another interview for a different Med Surg unit before this one but ended up not getting the job for that one. So for this second interview, my application said In Process the whole time. Didn't have to submit references again. Took exactly 2 weeks to hear back with an offer.
