Interview
The recruiter interviews you for the position, goes over some points on your resume, and then they test you on reading/vocab, math, and computer competency (such as seeing how fast you type numbers, patterns, and vocabulary), if you pass that you go on for a final interview with the nurse manager on the unit which is dominantly women so good luck.

They ask about customer service experience and luxury hotel experience which surprised the S**t out of me. They also want to know why you parted ways from your previous employer/.
The initial interview was a pre-screening phone interview that was very brief. I was asked three questions and they were, 1. Why do you want to work for the organization? 2. What skills can you offer us? 3. What are your salary expectations?

Ironically the the question that got me was about my salary expectations. As a college graduate, I guess I aimed too high asking for 40k-55k.
