NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital interview questions

Applied online. Got an email for an interview with the recruiter a few days later. The interview was 15 minutes and she just went over my background, why I want to work at that hospital/unit, and a time I went above and beyond for a patient, how I deal with conflict, etc. She already scheduled my second interview during my first interview. The second interview was with the manager of the unit. This interview was around 30 minutes and felt more conversational. The manager gave me her number and told me to text her a day I would like to come shadow the unit.

A lot of questions about teamwork and your dynamic within a team. Asked about specific scenarios regarding your role as a teammate. Also asked about educational background and past experiences.
