I was cold called for a screening interview. During the in person interview, I was interviewed by the manager of the program, all the social workers of the program and the HR person. I have not yet received an offer.

Interview

Applied online, I was contacted by HR and had a phone interview. Then met with Nursing Manager and interviewed with her and also nurses as well as the clerk on the unit. Very easy going and relaxing interview.

long process. took atleast three months to get the job. but they're pretty organized and clear about what we should do and expectations. There were many people involved in process which should've made it faster. lot of testing, checking and all that. but overall it was ok so it was fine.
