Very possite experience. During my interview I was asked questions regarding daily activities and how to respond to disruptive situations. How to initiate a report regarding missing property and how to list the steps to follow.

Interview
Met first with HR lead and then met with VP of department. Very good conversations. Made it to final round of interviews which was an all-day, 8-hour affair from 8am to 4pm. Met with many people including future subordinates. Long process and made it to the final round but unfortunately didn't receive the job.

Interview
I applied online, got a phone interview scheduled in the following couple of days which went well since I was given an in person interview. The in person interview was extensive, first met with the managers on the unit and then interviewed with 3 of the floor RNs. Afterward I got a tour of the unit. However I recieved no answer neither a yes or no and no one responds to any emails.
