Thr interviewer asked questions about my experience and certifications, salary was discussed and my availability for the shift that was available. He also asked if I was willing to relocate and if I had any physical restrection, because the job requires lifting ,pushing and rolling.

Question 1
Will I be able to work the evening shift 3-11:30pm
The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital (New York, NY)
Interview
Received an email from a talent acquisition specialist about a week after applying. Scheduled a short telephone interview with her. I then scheduled an in person interview with a nurse recruiter and the unit manager which took place two weeks after the phone interview. Interview with the nurse manager wasn't as long as I'd like... wish they had gotten to know me better
I applied online. I interviewed at NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital (New York, NY) in Jul 2017
Interview
Known as the best hospital in NYC, as someone in healthcare, of course I was interested. It was a disaster from the beginning. Multiple HR people called and emailed me at different times about the same position, not realizing they were both trying to contact me. After making initial contact with me, no one returned my call or email in which I expressed my interest in the position and let them know about upcoming travel plans in 3 weeks. I did not hear from anyone until 3 days before my trip. I let them know again about my very immediate travel plans, expressing concern about the timing working out and never heard back. A month later, I got a generic phone interview request from the same HR person about the same position. Then another HR person contacted me about a different position. I was told by HR person #2 that I would interview for one position first and if that did not work out, they would interview for the other one. However, I told them HR person #1 already scheduled me to interview for both positions. There seems to be no internal communication at NYP. I finally was scheduled to interview 3 months after they first contacted me. And of course, I was told the wrong location for both interviews. I could go into detail about this, but it should be pretty clear the lack of efficiency and respect here. No one followed up with me about the mix up during the day or after. During the interviews, there was a disconnect between the dept and HR. The dept thought I knew who I would be talking to, when HR did not tell me about the 2nd or 3rd person. For the 2nd interview, I didn't talk to half of the people HR told me I would be talking to and the dept did not know that HR told me I would be talking to them. Surprise, HR also forgot to tell me about the skills test which was also a surprise to the dept. I was polite in finishing the interview day but implied that I was not interested in leaving my current position anymore. It was the most disorganized interview I've ever experienced.
