I' have interviewed for 2 positions at this company and both processes were pretty straightforward. My initial hire into the organization involved meeting with HR and the Nurse Manager of the unit. Upon receiving an offer you need to pass a very difficult pharmacology test in order to be hired. For my 2 job I just interviewed with the Nurse Manager because I was an internal candidate.

I was very nervous, at the beginning. The interviewer was calm and it made me feel relaxed. They ask questions that where related to the job, and where patient with my answers, and provided me with time to fully express myself.
