Interview
Personality test, followed by a Phone interview, followed by HR interview, followed by an interview with a manager and another staff nurse. The entire process took months because of disorganization and miscommunication within the HR office. Upon signing the offer, a pharmacology exam was administered.

I did one interview with HR followed by PCD through zoom. The interview did not last more than 30 minutes to an hour altogether. Overall, the interview process was laidback.
I had a phone interview first with the talent acquisition recruiter. Once I passed that, I had a virtual zoom interview with the Manager. All questions typically common for registered nurse questions.

Quick zoom interview, It was with 3 people, Two from HR and a Nurse director of the unit. They asked the basic questions. It was a quick 15 minutes and did not seem like they were interested to begin with,
