I applied online, ten days later a sourcing specialist emailed me to schedule and phone interview. She asked me a couple of questions about my current job as well as some behavioral questions. I was then scheduled to interview 3 weeks later (because the position is not starting until December) I had two interviews with two people each. The first interview was with people who are working fulltime in the position I applied for. The second interview was with the supervisors for the talent acquisition team. They asked me to re-iterate a lot or give a different example.
