there were 2 tier interview process. The recruiter called me first, then there was another interview, about 15 minutes long. I started about 1 month after the interview. I did not start right away because they set the start date on the 1st of a month about 1 to 2 months after the interview.

First step was a brief one-way interview through ModernHire. Questions were behavioral and allowed unlimited attempts. Very brief, only around 4 questions, but felt kind of awkward talking to myself in front of a camera. Ended up taking much longer than expected, albeit mostly from my own self-consciousness.
