Interview
Interview was an open, friendly conversation between the Nurse Manager and I. She then brought two other nurses on the floor to join in and ask me some questions. They spoke about the unit and asked me why I think I would be a good fit. Everyone at NYP was incredibly nice and accommodating. I enjoyed the interview experience and felt that I would be joining a family.

Interview
I did one interview with HR followed by PCD through zoom. The interview did not last more than 30 minutes to an hour altogether. Overall, the interview process was laidback.
I had a phone interview first with the talent acquisition recruiter. Once I passed that, I had a virtual zoom interview with the Manager. All questions typically common for registered nurse questions.

Quick zoom interview, It was with 3 people, Two from HR and a Nurse director of the unit. They asked the basic questions. It was a quick 15 minutes and did not seem like they were interested to begin with,
