I applied online. I interviewed at NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital (New York, NY) in Mar 2017
Interview
Applied for new grad position. Very welcoming talent acquisition team. Considerate of your preferences. Have a lot of openings and demand for physician assistants. Hospital is know to give a fair ordeal of autonomy to physician assistants. Will recommend to all physician assistants looking for a job in New York City.
Thank you for sharing your comments. We're happy to hear you had a welcoming and engaging interview experience. Congratulations on your new role as a Physician Assistant and welcome to NewYork-Presbyterian!

Interview questions [1]
Question 1
tell us about a time you had a problem with your supervisor and how you handled it?
With HR, then the team. Fairly smooth. The team was friendly and the questions were fair. The process is really about getting to know you — not just your medical knowledge, but how you think, communicate, and work with others. They’ll ask about your experience, how you handle tough situations, and why you want the role. It’s also a chance for them to see your personality, how you manage stress, and how well you’d fit with their team and culture.

Interview
Interview was held with multiple people. Fairly easy interview. Straightforward. Was referred by someone from within the company so that’s likely the reason why it was so short and not a long interview.
