I interviewed at the Weill Cornell Campus. My first interview was a brief 5 minute phone conversation with Talent Acquisition, then she invited me to the Talent Acquisition office for an in person interview. That was again about 15 minutes. She asked me several of the same questions she had asked me on the phone. About a week later I had gotten another interview with the head of the department. When I went to the interview, instead of the head of the department, I was met with three nurses and another lady in a very small office. I'm lucky I brought multiple copies of my resume. The final interview wasn't very coordinated and was a little dissapointed. Was looking forward to more of an actual interview. They didn't ask many questions but explained about the position. I had a lot of questions that they answered. After three interviews, I thought I had a decent shot at the position.
