Trapped on an island style teamwork activity (debated over which 6 of 10 items that we would need to survive and then made a presentation on this)
Case study (supplied a large amount of numerical data, made assumptions about them, then presented on the case)
Group interview with behaviour based questions.
Various stages from initial application, online tests, and a virtual assessment centre as the final stage. The virtual assessment centre consisted of a strength based interview and a case study that you had to work through and then you were asked questions about
For the graduate scheme, the application process consisted of an online assessment and then the online interview took place via HireVue, where they asked 4-6 questions. However, I did not pass on the next stage of the hiring process.

It took two weeks, first you send an application form then there’s an online assessment then a video interview then assessment centre. I did not get past the video interview.
