I applied through college or university. I interviewed at Nestlé
Interview
1 day before the interview the invitation email came, informing about the time, venue and format of the interview. I was asked to make a presentation about myself, regarding, background, strengths, weaknesses, objectives and action plan.
The next day, I started with my presentation and the interviewer (from HR department) asked related questions to what had been presented for more details. So be prepared for explanation for what you presented as well as your CV.
After that, the interviewer asked me to persuade her - the imaginary customer - to switch from Aqua to Lavie. I persuaded her with a bit lengthy points and she gave back immediate comments that I should be more to the point to win the customer quickly. My approach was not appropriate.
The interview ends there. I thought I did pretty well except for the sales challenge. Yeah, I was rejected to proceed to the next rounds.
I applied online. The process took 4 months. I interviewed at Nestlé (Kuala Lumpur) in Jul 2022
Interview
Easy to mediocre. The step by step process as described in the website. From online assessment, assessment centre, panel interviews and final interviews and finally offer. The assessment centre is some case studies related to PnL and Balance Sheet, so will need to freshen up your knowledge here.
