Applied online. No CV required, just one giant job simulation test. Received an assessment centre invite couple months after. The assessment centre involved around 14 candidates. The day started off with an "ice-breaker" which involved every candidate to say what their favourite product is and why. Then, moved on to the group work - in a group of 6, you are each given a case-study which involved three types of coffee and you have to decide as a group which gets pushed to development. The interview was entirely strength based - 15 to 20 questions. Then the day ended with lunch and a qna with current graduates.
It was by far the toughest interview I've done, the questions were so mentally draining that my answers started to fall off towards the end. They had very strict rules on the questions such as not allowed to rephrase the question, not allowed to ask follow-up questions so answer as full as you can. All for the purpose of being "fair". You are also told which questions were assessed and which weren't.
