Nestlé interview questions

I applied online. Passing the first screening round, I was called for IQ test which I did quite horribly compared to other candidates but still passed. Around two weeks later, recieved their call again for group/panel interview where my leadership and communication skill were put at test against other candidates. About a week later, I was offered 2 pannel interviews on the same day with line managers then the next day, I got another career assessment phone interview with HR department... the whole process was prolonged more than 2 months.

the interview was quite basic and questions were also quite as expected. however I found it pretty daunting, because of some misunderstanding I had on the phone call I received a few days ago from the company. I suppose my personality was not fit for that particular post and company.
