There were 3 rounds of interview which included Technical Rounds and an HR Round. There were questions about the candidate aspirations , technical knowledge, practical application knowledge, past experience, current role and projects worked on, etc.

I was hired as part of lateral hiring process for java backend position. There are mainly 2 Interview rounds: 1) Technical interview- in this round core Technical questions where asked, which includes core Java, spring, spring boot microservices 2) Technomanagerial interview- In this round some technical as well as some common managerial questions asked In both rounds interviewer where very polite and friendly in nature.
