Ness Digital Engineering Senior Software Developer interview questions

It was nice, the questions were about how I would solve a problem, not technical. Based on the solution given, I had to argument why I chose that path. And some simple general theoretical questions.

The interview process took place one week. The hiring was for third-party payroll on the client- side (crisil). Before the interview, they will promise to give expected salary package but after clearing all rounds they will try to negotiate and will not release the offer. This company doesn't follow any standard interview process.
