Ness Digital Engineering interview questions

interview had 3 rounds. interview was suppose to start at 110 but started only at 12 that too with too much chaotic environemnt not sure who has to go to which floor. thne some ow i completed all the three rounds and they said they will be rolling out offer as i ahve cleared all rounds. its been 2 weeks i have not heard from them back. if you folks dont want to recruit people then why are you wasting others time.
