I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Ness Digital Engineering (Mumbai) in May 2014
Interview
I applied as a fresher. 2 technical rounds.
1st round is total technical. You must know basic java concepts.
(Frankly no 1 cares if you give a interesting answer to "Tell me about yourself" question. Say only a few sentences in that else it becomes boring to listen a long answer of a fresher to this).
2nd round is a manager or a architect or a team lead(mostly manager) who asks you some technical and checks if you know any additional framework. 1 thing I found annoying is that he might check whether you stay close to the company, or whether you are ok working late night.
I take interviews myself, and many talented kids that I selected have been rejected by these reasons in the 2nd round.
