I am extremely disappointed with my experience. After successfully clearing two rounds of technical interviews, I was left waiting for two weeks without any communication or updates from HR. Eventually, I was informed that the position had been put on hold — a decision that was neither conveyed promptly nor transparently. This lack of communication and respect for a candidate’s time is unacceptable and reflects poorly on the organization’s recruitment process.
Furthermore, I was informed about a cooling period policy that prevents me from appearing for any further interviews with this organization since I have already participated once. This makes no sense given that, from my end, I had cleared the interview rounds. Such a policy, combined with poor communication, only adds to the frustration and raises serious concerns about the fairness and candidate experience within this hiring process.
