1. HR - basic "get to know" 2. Tech interview (phone) - basic concepts and ideas 3. Tech interview (frontal) - problem solving tasks I was interviewed for an outsource job. the first 2 interviews were made by the outsource company (Ness) and the 3rd by the company i was going to work at (Intel).
The interviewer conducted the interview over the phone, he asked me a number of professional questions and gave me homework to solve for a few days, in the phone call he tried very hard to be kind.

first i had a personal interview the interviewer asked me about my self then i told her about my project and a several code qouestions first in c then she told me about the company and also about the current job what the requirments and asked if i think it is suit to me on the end she gave me to do like an experience to do aoutomation
