Two rounds of technical , One manager Round and HR round , I was called down to Ness office for face to face round of interview but there was no panel available hence in initial first 2 technical round was telephonic and one face to face manager round the process took entire day after the long wait for each round and I was asked to leave saying I have cleared all the rounds . Later got a call for HR round after week and HR told me they would initiate offer letter soon . They didn't come back for 2 weeks nor replied for mail . Later when tried calling HR he says that they are not sure if there is an requirement right now hence the profile is on hold. Very unprofessional way of treating candidate even the mail communication was horrible . HR has very wrong attitude .
