Completed an online application, from a Seek Advert, What followed was 2 over the phone interviews, that seemed to cover the same topics. Both took about 45 mins. Followed up by an in person interview with prospective manager in the store I was being considered for. They were very friendly.

Really simple interview. they ask you to talk about yourself. why nespresso? any prior sales experience. then they go on to tell you about the job. and they'll ask you about your career goals. the interviewer was really nice and friendly. set the whole interview atmosphere at ease and I was more able to ace the interview.
