Try to think of lots of examples where you have dealt with a difficult customer, along with your strengths and weaknesses, how you have driven to achieve something and where you have exhibited the ability to work well within a team.
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Nespresso (Londres, Inglaterra)
Interview
Interview was very example based.
Very professional from the beginning.
However, the process is quite slow. I had to wait about 3 months and it does happens with different employees.
The worst is after you start. The company is on constant expansion which is good. However, majority of managera are not trained for the role. Therefore inconsistent performance overall.
