I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Nespresso (Limerick, Limerick) in Oct 2015
Interview
It was a group interview in a nice hotel in Limerick city. There was 5 of us altogether. We were left waiting for an hour before it began because the interview panel had experienced travel delays. The interview panel were very nice. Initially we all sat down and each person had to give a brief introduction to the group about themselves. Then, we did a few group activities and finally we were interviewed individually with one interviewer. The whole process took about 2.5 hours. I wasn't asked any very difficult questions. I was asked a lot of example based questions related to my sales/retail experience. It was a very enjoyable experience and I received a phone call about a week later to offer me the position.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Can you give me an example of a time you got a customer to purchase more than they had intended to initially ?
very chill, standard interview questions. Mostly looking for personality and how you can mesh with the team. Nothing to be scared of, be yourself and you will be fine. The managers there are very nice
I applied online. I interviewed at Nespresso (Glasgow, Escocia)
Interview
It was a pretty easy and relaxing interview. I was given a tour of the shop and then asked questions about what I know about Nespresso, their brand ambassadors, and their “ICAN” logo. I was also asked general questions about myself and the role I was in at the time.
Interview was pretty easy. Standard questions, friendly. Phone screening was also nice and set clear expectations of the next steps. No out of the ordinary questions, few scenario based questions.
