I applied online. I interviewed at Nespresso (Adelaida) in Jun 2015
Interview
They interviewed me twice on the phone by HR and then once in person at the actual Boutique. Interviews were fairly easy, they asked a lot of standard questions such as what are your strengths and weaknesses.
I came to the in person interview dressed in a suit based on the recommendation that HR gave me, and the Boutique manager was very impressed by this (they had had one person go into the interview wearing track pants of all things). Kept the conversation friendly and made a few jokes where appropriate, knew I had the job as soon as I walked out.

very chill, standard interview questions. Mostly looking for personality and how you can mesh with the team. Nothing to be scared of, be yourself and you will be fine. The managers there are very nice
I applied online. I interviewed at Nespresso (Glasgow, Escocia)
Interview
It was a pretty easy and relaxing interview. I was given a tour of the shop and then asked questions about what I know about Nespresso, their brand ambassadors, and their “ICAN” logo. I was also asked general questions about myself and the role I was in at the time.
Interview was pretty easy. Standard questions, friendly. Phone screening was also nice and set clear expectations of the next steps. No out of the ordinary questions, few scenario based questions.
