I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at National Instruments in Aug 2019
Interview
Applied online and was emailed to schedule a phone interview. The phone interview was pretty standard. They asked me about myself, my background with technology, and mostly just behavioral questions. Then I was given an editing test via PDF and given 25 minutes to complete it. Wasn't invited for the in-person interview.

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at National Instruments (Austin, TX) in Dec 2018
Interview
Applied online and got an email for a phone interview about 3 weeks later. Phone interview was a panel interview with 4 people. All behavioral questions, which were pretty standard. However, the interviewers lacked energy and seemed condescending after each answer. Seemed like a high-school clique more than professionals.
Interview questions [2]
Question 1
Tell me about a time you used technology to make a change.
I applied through college or university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at National Instruments (Austin, TX) in Mar 2018
Interview
Heavy emphasis on behavioral questions and follow up. Invited to the campus, sat in a room with 3 employees who I had seen at previous recruiting events. Interview was a little over an hour, lots of "what was a time you did x". Interviewers took notes and answered questions. Taxing but supportive and positive environment, interviewers want to see you succeed.
