Submitted resume online, and was contacted by HR within 2weeks. First round was on school campus with a project lead. He started with some questions about my interests, which area of software development I would like to go into, embedded or application? More questions about my past experience from school and workplaces. Technical question was not hard, coding was requested.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at National Instruments (Austin, TX)
Interview
I was contacted by the software group's manager and a phone interview was set up. After the phone interview, I was invited for an onsite interview. NI was very good with handling all the travel arrangements, and were perfectly courteous and professional during the process.
The onsite interview was almost a day long, and met with several people from different backgrounds. The folks who spoke to me seemed to be good mix of dynamic and laid-back. Interviews can be stressful, but my experience here was a pleasant one.

Question 1
A mix of behavioral and technical questions. Know your binary trees well, but as in any interview, your ability to reason and think through a problem is really what matters as opposed to the "right" answer.
