School Career Fair - Interview was next day on campus.
Interview was a mix of behavioral questions and technical questions. The technical questions were half and half for hardware (circuits/ DSP/ etc) questions and software questions (how would you implement/find/etc. ___ operation) then they want you to write the pseudo code and talk through what you wrote.
For the questions they asked, it's either you know it and write it down or kinda crash and burn. There was one question I blanked on and I just said I couldn't think of what the answer should be right then. We just moved to the next questions. Some places will get you going in the right direction to see if you do have some idea of what's going on but NI will just let you answer a questions wrong or not answer and keep moving. (Fair enough really)
For what it's worth the guys I interviewed with did seem fairly friendly. As dry as interviews can seem to be for engineering positions, they seemed nice enough. Better than average for sure.
