I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at NVIDIA
Interview
I interviewed for one of the Autonomous Vehicle divisions. Standard tech interview process. - Phone Screen with Recruiter - Tech Screen Domain Experience. - Tech Screen Coding - Day long virtual interview. 5 interviews with a mix between domain experience and coding. A couple of followup conversations to discuss role and interview. Overall had a negative experience which ultimately lead me to declining the offer. - Recruiter scoffed at my compensation request, and really tried to downplay my experience/skill level to justify a lower offer. Other company I eventually accepted didn't even blink. Was ~80K difference. - Was dismissive of my wishes to push my start date by 3 weeks. Wanted me to quit my previous role and start the next week.

Interview
Basic programming questions in C++ and Object oriented programming design. It was a direct call with a project manager who went straight for my knowledge in C++ and if I can choose the right data structure, memory management, and design techniques to solve a given problem.
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at NVIDIA in Aug 2022
Interview
All done remotely. Met with 3 peers plus the hiring manager and his manager. Was very well done. They accommodated my schedule which was much appreciated. Each interview had an hour of allotted time, went over in 2 of the 3 peer interviews. Also, they have a separate HR person you deal with who makes you the formal offer (if one is to be forthcoming).
