Contact through recruiter about a support software engineer position, dealing with their mobile solutions. I only had the first interview with HR asking about my background, experience and personality. The process didn't continue for the reason that I lack experience since I'm an entry level. It was unexpected as a reason for me, because they already checked my CV and situation before first contact, so it was kind of a waste of time ...

4 phone interviews, followed by the decision. 5th, personal interview was not decisive anymore
