Initially contacted by recruiter on a recommendation from a peer.

Went for one day of interviews and met six people including the hiring manager, the Director and three engineers.
Engineers' questions tested knowledge of investigative skills, QA process, and management of bugs.
The Director was concerned with how I would develop a much needed program from scratch including managing resources a testing plan, developing and training junior test engineers, some of who were in India.
The hiring manager spend most of the time determining if I had the project management skills to develop the program they needed. He asked lots of project-related questions and communication-related questions. He was very thorough.
The final person was the recruiter who went over things like benefits and the rest of the hiring process.
