I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at NVIDIA (Reading, Inglaterra)
Interview
Applied online, contacted for interview really quickly which was co-ordinated offshore.
Had to complete an online form via a portal, declaring all my personal details, including many American-based questions which were either unclear or not relevant to the UK market.
At interview I met with what I could only call an uninspiring Interviewer, filled with stock HR questions and absolutely no charisma.
No attempt to sell the company, or sell the opportunity, just rattled through a tick box exercise.
Left without any real desire to join the business except the Nvidia name would look good on my CV.
Waited two weeks, still no feedback, so chased and was given the 'other candidates' line, nothing constructive or tangible.
Total waste of time, not because I was unsuccessful, but the whole process lacked any passion and failed to sell a single reason they would be a good employer or that it would be a good opportunity.
Just looking for someone to blindly plow through their huge list of vacancies that needed filling yesterday.
