Interview
Two phone screens. Each with different hiring managers with slightly different requirements. Then an on site interview in their Toronto offices. The on site consisted of 5 interviews with the product manager and head of the office.

Question 1
They asked about my research and my dissertation. I spent most of my time relating my research experience to the problems they were trying to solve. I was asked only a couple of basic questions about searching a skip-list.
