Starts with an online application, which includes questions about Next, such as where they source products from, most of which can be googled if necessary. Then there are verbal and numerical reasoning tests, which aren't too difficult if you are any good at maths. After that is a video interview, where you record your answers to three questions that you are given. You can re-record your answers as many times as you want to. This is just to show them that you are a normal person and enthusiastic about the role. Once this is passed, there is a telephone interview which takes approximately 30 minutes. This involves some situational judgment questions and some maths questions (mostly percentage based), so make sure you have a calculator. The final stage is then an assessment day, where you have either a morning or afternoon session. This involves an interview of approximately 80 minutes and then a group exercise. The number of applicants at the assessment I was at was small, only 5 of us in total.
