This was years ago, but still irritates me to no end just because of how rude it was. The interview went well, was pleasant enough. The stick in my gut is the way they rejected me. It was by letter with NO STAMP. Royal Mail notified me I had a letter to be delivered but postage wasn’t paid for so I had to pay the missing postage to receive a REJECTION letter from Next. Could have called.. Could have emailed.. Could have PAID FOR A STAMP. Appalling behaviour, SO glad I didn’t end up working for a company that thinks this is acceptable. Went and worked for M&S instead ;)

Interview
A couple of competency based questions regarding customer service and introduction to store staff. Nothing to complex. Be prepared to give good and bad examples. I was phoned and offered job same day.
