The interview process took around three months. The stages themselves were straightforward, including an HR screening, a coding test, a technical discussion with the team, take home, and a final in-office meeting.
However, communication between stages was inconsistent. Scheduling was often done with very short notice, sometimes only a day or two in advance and communication was not quite smooth. For the final stage, the in-office interview and a follow-up task were arranged with minimal preparation time. Overall, the process felt unstructured.
