NEXT Software Developer interview questions

first time they waited the exact time for sending an email saying : no possibile to have a interview for phone problems... we set a new date, they sent calendar for interciew but they did not show up. No a serious company.

One telephone interview lasting less than half an hour. It was mostly Quite informal. There were Two interviewers- one technical and one not. They asked mostly soft skills questions and only a few technical ones.
