NEXT Sales Assistant interview questions

After applying to a couple of positions online I subsequently got a phonetical a couple of days later from Next asking for a couple of answers to questions such as do I have the right to work in the UK, any holidays booked, why did you apply to Next, what are you passionate about.... I then got told I had an interview at the store and I later received an email with all the details. At the store interview I was individually shown about the store and had to talk to some customers. After this the employment manager asked me a few more competency based questions and the hours I would be available to work. He then said I had the job and handed me a £10 note and £10 Next voucher! Think they were desperate for staff (was xmas time) as I thought I was awful haha!

I applied online and a week later received a call to say i had passed the first stages and that i was going to be called for an interview, a week later i had a phone interview and later that day was told to come in for an interview/assessment and after that i was told i had the job
