I applied online. There was an informal phone interview and then a face to face, in store interview. The interview itself was very friendly and casual and made me feel comfortable. Interview questions are pretty straightforward.

Telephone interview initially then invited for an induction.
The induction was pre covid so we were asked to come in
Inductions involved going on shop and they assessed whether you spoke to customers, picking an outfit for a given scenario e.g. boys birthday party, then activity for the delivery aspect to see team work.

1) Online test- This is basic English and maths tests which you need to pass to get to the interview stage.
2) Instore interview and store tour whilst seeing how you work with customers
