NEXT Sales Advisor interview questions

Felt quite informal, friendly chat. Basic questions such as what is my past experience in retail and why have I chosen to work for next etc. Initial interview was over the phone and then was given a trial shift the following week.

Behaviour questionnaire to be completed online which took roughly an hour and had many glitches so had to keep going back actually got rejected from this then helped put as friends and family for sale and got the job
