So you will get a phone call interview first in which they'll ask a series of basic questions and if you are sucsseful you will be called about an interview in store. In your interview you will be asked some questions about yourself and your thoughts on Next, and then you will be taken to the shopfloor for a quick assessment where they will see how confident you are with customers. QUICK TIP- They are only looking for confidence when aproaching customers so if you're shy you will not get the job!
