To apply online you have to do a numeracy and english test and a scenario based test also. I had an over the phone interview and they asked me scenario based questions and then said I should come in the next week for a interview. Which was a group interview where we watched a video and had to say some things about ourselves. We then had to go on the shop floor and approach customers and ask if they needed any help. They use this to check your confidence level.

They just asked me availability, flexibility etc. Question you on experience and awareness of the company. She was friendly and funny, full of advice.
