Interview
Applied online, then received a telephone interview. It lasted about 5 minutes and I was asked basic questions. I was rung the next day to be invited to an assessment a few days later. The assessment was on the shop floor, working in the fitting room.

Interview
To apply online you have to do a numeracy and english test and a scenario based test also. I had an over the phone interview and they asked me scenario based questions and then said I should come in the next week for a interview. Which was a group interview where we watched a video and had to say some things about ourselves. We then had to go on the shop floor and approach customers and ask if they needed any help. They use this to check your confidence level.

Interview
They just asked me availability, flexibility etc. Question you on experience and awareness of the company. She was friendly and funny, full of advice. You are also asked to go on shop floor and help customers out. They want to see how you approach customers and help them out. Be attentive, smile and aware of ALL customers.
