Was called randomly for a phone interview, which lasted for about 5mins. Was asked about something that I was passionate about, was described a scenario (the position was during their sales period, so the questions were sales related) and had to answer how I would deal in that scenario. Was told I was successful and invited for an assessment the following week.
The assessment was very easy, was split into two groups (there were 7 other candidates), we just spent some time organising/tidying a section of the store (making sure there were cubes on the hangers, hangers were facing the right way, clothes were in size order etc.), was told straight away that everyone got the job. This was for their sales period, so I'm pretty sure they were just happy people turned up for the interview.

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at NEXT (York, Inglaterra) in Jan 2018
Interview
It was not hard, fairly easy! The application process was long so it did take some time and whenever the page is unused for a bit, it logged out automatically and then I had to start the start the application from the beginning again which was annoying since I did it so many times.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at NEXT (Keighley, England) in May 2018
Interview
Applied on the 14th May 2018, received a call 17th May and arranged an assessment the next day to see how i dealt with customers on shop floor. Offered position straight after happy days.
