NEXT Retail Sales Associate interview questions

quick and formal, they gave me a phone interview first, which I will admit was at a unexspected time, basic retail questions were asked mainly about my self. Then I did an in store asessment where I had to walk around the store, this was quite diffufct as it was around a quiet time.

Easy simple questions. They take you out onto the shop floor so that they are able to observe you serving the customers, how you approach people and whether you are friendly or not.
