Interview
I applied for this job online and got a phone call about a week later. They wanted to have a phone interview the following day. The phone interview only took about 15 mins and there were all basic questions eg: tell us about yourself, your previous working experience, etc. At end of the phone interview they told me that they would like me to come to the shop for a team assessment. I had this interview with two other people. They checked our passports first then put us on the shop floor for half an hour to see how we dealt with customers. After this, we went back to the staff room and were asked three questions about this job, mostly about how to handle cash. At the end we got a £10 gift card each and were told that they will contact us the following day with the results. I didn't get the job but was offered a different job instead.
