It was a very relaxed and casual interview. It happened ace to face. The recruiter and I spoke in the staff room and i met some of the workers who were very nice and welcoming. Overall, the experience was good, by far one of the best interviews I have had.

Question 1
When was the last time you dealt with a customer complaint? How would you go about conflict resolution with a worker?
Standard interview questions, nothing that I wasn't expecting having worked in retail before. Good communication and response times from the company. Asked about the expectations they have of the person they wanted to hire, all very standard.
Quick and easy, very friendly and relaxed conversation over the telephone, interviewer was very positive. I got the job in the end and was very grateful. Just a few quick questions along with details about myself and my availability.
